Fat 2 Fit Body Fat Calculator - Enter info. here first to obtain a body fat percentage (a couple of measurements are required)
Fat 2 Fit BMR Calculator - Enter info. here to obtain a BMR (uses the number from above). Whichever BMR number your choose, you should NEVER eat below the Katch-McArdle one (the lower one). BMR is the number of calories your body needs to function. This page will also have a chart at the bottom with different calorie amounts. Choose your activity level (don't underestimate!) and eat this amount every day.
Scooby's Workshop - similar to the above two links but much easier as there is only one step. When I've used it, the numbers are only about 100 calories more than the Fat2Fit numbers, so negligible.

Fat 2 Fit Radio - Podcast that provides really useful information about nutrition and exercise.
Fooducate - Site that analyzes ingredients and nutrition labels and assigns the product a letter grade. Lists alternatives to the food searched. Also has a smartphone app which is super handy while shopping.
Small Bites - Offers information about food and nutrition.
My Fitness Pal - Calorie and exercise tracking website with forums (though I suggest you proceed with caution) and a Facebook-like newsfeed. If you join, feel free to add me but make sure you include a message!
Skinnyr - Tracks weight and produces a graph. Simple and straightforward.
Run Keeper - Tracks exercise, allows you to plot maps, and provides graphs and feedback. Also has a smartphone app.
